Enter it below if it has been 10 days since your IME appointment.
If it has been more than 10 days and it tells you your case has not been submitted, please email either frontdesk@aimsgta.ca (For Etobicoke office) or maltondesk@aimsgta.ca (for Mississauga office) to inquire.
